I was ridiculously close to tears after getting down the bus and telling my daddy some stranger just stepped on my new shoes. My daddy just looked at me and smiled. And then he bent down to attempt to wipe the stains off my grimed and soiled shoes. At that moment, i was awestruck by the enormity of my dad's love.
